• Complete our carrier onboarding wizard (DOT number, company name, contact information)
• Send us a message through the contact form (name, company, phone, email, message)
• Sign up for FMCSA compliance alerts (email address, carrier DOT number)

We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited. This data is used solely for site security and analytics.

DLS operates a carrier intelligence platform that accesses publicly available data from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). This includes carrier names, DOT numbers, operating authority status, out-of-service rates, safety ratings, and inspection records.

This data is obtained directly from public federal databases and is not private personal information. We use it to help shippers verify carrier compliance before committing to a freight move.

• Responding to quote requests and inquiries — to connect you with verified carriers or answer logistics questions
• Carrier onboarding — to verify DOT authority and match carriers to available loads
• Compliance alerts — to notify you of changes to carrier status, OOS rates, or safety flags you have subscribed to
• Internal operations — billing, fraud prevention, improving our platform
• Legal obligations — when required by law or to protect the rights of DLS and its users

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

This site uses essential cookies required for basic functionality (session management, form security via nonce tokens). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling them may prevent certain forms from submitting correctly.

Quote requests and contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months to allow follow-up on active freight relationships. Carrier onboarding submissions are retained for the duration of the carrier’s activity with DLS and for up to 12 months afterward.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

We use the following third-party services that may process data in connection with this site:

• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and security firewall. Data processed: IP addresses, HTTP headers.
• FMCSA (federal.gov) — Public carrier data lookup. No personal data is transmitted.
• Email delivery (SMTP) — For sending quote confirmations and alert notifications to you.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any behavioral advertising platforms.

We implement industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encryption, firewall rules, and access controls to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of non-essential communications at any time
